1. Digital Products — Important Specificity

All DrakulaKid products are delivered exclusively in digital format (ebook/PDF). According to GEO 34/2014 (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to immediately delivered digital content, if the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal before downloading.

2. When We Offer Refunds

Although digital products are not returnable, we will offer a full refund in the following situations:

• The downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible
• The delivered product is different from the one ordered
• Serious technical issues preventing access to the product

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at toth.loredana@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, with the following information:

• Order number
• Description of the problem
• Screenshot or proof of the problem (if applicable)

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
